Easy estimating process via form on website. Quick turn around. They arranged for the tow truck to pick up the car. I was texted updates with every new step in the process so I felt informed throughout the repair. Car was two days later than the original estimate but it's only because the first fender they ordered was defective and they had to re-order it. When I picked it up it looked brand new and the inside of the car had been detailed too! 5 stars, would recommend.
These guys like to under promise and over perform. Great work, my only regret is that I did not have them repaint the rest of the car. Great communication, and went over and above helping me troubleshoot issues not necessarily related to the accident
From start to finish I could tell the staff was genuinely concerned about my satisfaction. Multie options for desired frequency of communication. OEM parts. Fixed the damage and the blind spot monitoring and collision avoidance system damaged in the accident and had it fully calibrated at the dealer. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing collision repair. Over the top customer service and communication on top of a repair where you can't tell anything ever happened. Paint work looks great, no color match or blending issues. They even buffed out a parking lot rub on a different part of the car and touched up a chip with a paint pen I provided free of charge.
