I would 1000% recommend this company to anyone looking to get A1 service for their vehicle. I would use this company for any of my vehicle needs. Very professional, customer service is great. I was greeted with love everytime. My concerns were put at ease and handled properly. Thank you for the best service experience anywhere. I would use and recommend you forever. I knew you were the best when other people let it be known that you were the best.
The whole process was painless with everything from getting a quote to picking up. I brought in my paperwork and was able to get them to look at everything. (It's best to call ahead before you go up there). Once everything was reviewed they were able to schedule me in. When the day came I dropped off my car and picked up my rental from their business. After a week my car was ready. I had a small issue I needed addressed after I picked it up. They had no trouble fixing it, they were able to fix it the same day but I had a scheduling conflict. They allowed me to come in the next day and get it fixed.
They were very prompt with my wife she got into a wreck at close and the ladies in the office stayed an hour and a half after close so we could get all the paperwork and everything done that day. My lovely wife is very terrified of these encounters almost like she's doing something wrong and they made her feel like it's something that happens everyday with no real shame
My vehicle was repaired like new and looked great. When I questioned some of the actions taken in the repair process, the owner called me directly and explained decisions made in detail. Overall great service and product.
From what I understand, this place is pricey, however, the work they performed on my car was great. The area where the damage occurred looked almost new. They also cleaned up some damage unrelated to the claim for no extra charge. The customer service is very good and they make sure to get you your car by the end of the week, within reason, even if they have to stay late to do the paperwork.
