Fran was super nice and easy to deal with. Very transparent about our status and updates throughout the entire time we had our vehicle in for repair. The technicians here are wonderful, and could not even tell that the vehicle was ever involved in a wreck. From the time we dropped it off to the time we picked it up, everyone we dealt with was very pleasant to talk to. They went above and beyond to meet the proposed deadline. From estimate to pickup the entire process could not have been any more enjoyable. Hope we never need them again, but if so, we will definitely be back. Customers for life!!
Today I am very excited to write a review for the Service King Collision Team in Tooele, UT. I called them and was very pleased that they were willing to fix the door handle on my 2003 Ford Ranger. I took it in only after contacting about thirteen different garages and body shops from Tooele to Erda who were too busy to bother with it. I took it in on Friday and Brady did a preliminary check to see exactly what needed to be done. They made my appointment for today, Monday Dec 5th. Took it in at 11:00 am and at exactly 12:00 noon paid my bill and checked out. At the Ford dealership in town they quoted me $280.00. Here l paid less that the $80.00. It works beautifully and I no longer have to get in from the passenger side to go some place. I would give them 100 stars if possible. Thank you,. Brady, Fran and the amazing technician who did the repair work.

They not only got my car back to me 5 to 7 days ahead of schedule… But they also cleaned my pretty grodey drivers floor mat!
Christian and the guys in the shop who gave my car back to me, we’re overly kind and made sure that I understood That I could get a hold of them with any questions or concerns I had regarding the paint and bodywork.
Fran at the front desk need the process as simple and straightforward as it could be. I can’t recall the situation and find something That could’ve made it more simple.
