This was the recommended repair company by the insurance company of the person who hit me. Everyone was nice and professional, and it was convenient having the rental car company at the location. I received text updates, their time estimate was right on, and the work looks good. They even washed and detailed the exterior. The insurance company paid so I cannot comment on value.

It's so unfortunate that there are times in life that we have to visit places we have no desire to... Places like auto body shops. Thanks to Jeff and Andrew, they made my experience all the more better. I was involved in a hit and run accident, where my car was side swiped and my tire was bent in. I was recommended to this place by my family, unfortunately most of us have had our cars here, but I can definitely see why we all go here.

Andrew was the in store Geico representative and he made connections between myself and my insurance company quick and brief as can be. Jeff, this location's manager, kept in touch with me frequently to update me on the status of my car and kept me informed. The other staff here also made my rental and deductible payment, although heart breaking, easy and breezy.

My car was fixed and made almost perfect. They even buffed out and cleaned some cuts and scrapes that my bad driving caused and and some others due to normal wear and tear. My car came back looking really good and in much better condition.

The best thing in my situation? My car was estimated to be done in 14-15 days. My car was finalized in 8! Great and Quick service.

Service King also has a policy that after your car has been repaired there, they guarantee that the repairs and work will be free from defects. If any are found that are related to the repair and parts related to that incident, as long as you currently own the vehicle it will be fixed free of charge. If "in an unlikely event" that they cannot fix it, they will be paying the referred company.
