Who has a positive experience with an auto body shop? Almost by definition, you're there against your will. Nevertheless, I will always sing this shop's praises. Their work is timely and first-rate to the point of being miraculous, and their staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. They'll even refer you to an ace specialist if they think he can do it better, as was the case with my hail-dimpled car. I couldn't think more of the place.
