Some of the best Customer Service I have received in a long time. From the beginning I was kept up to date every 2-3 days as my truck went through the process of getting the passenger rear bed repaired. The truck was promised to be ready on a certain day and Chris who was the estimator that was assigned to my truck came through in his promise to have my truck ready before a weekend trip we had planned. The day my truck was ready Chris did not like the specs of dust and a little bit of debris that was in the paint he wanted it repainted. I would have probably never noticed without him pointing it out specifically so I was grateful for his honesty. I took my trip and got back, they put me in a loaner and repainted the bed and in 2 day it was all finished up. Such a great experience with Chris and Derrick with everything they did to go above and beyond.

Well, it took me some days but I finally got the time to write it. To be honest, it is the first time that a service surprises me this much.

My car got scratched and, after checking other places, Service King was recommended to me; thus I decided to take it there. They did an amazing job and did it fast! Also, they left the car impeccable--vacuumed, and all cleaned up!!!

If you are going to this location, save yourself some time and ask for Rolan Bishop. He is incredibly nice. He gave me all the info about the repairs and got the car painted sooner because I refused to get a rental--I don't like to drive rentals--. He notices those details!!!!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Terry and the rest of the staff at Service King. From the minute I walked in the front door for the first time to the day I picked up my car, every member of the staff gave me exceptional service.

Terry did an excellent job of keeping me updated on where things stood every step of the way, which I really appreciated. He had been concerned that the paint might not match with my car being 14 years old, but to my untrained eye the area that was repaired looks exactly the same color as the rest of the car. The quality of the repair work makes it seem like the accident never even happened.

Thanks to everyone there for giving me and my car the VIP treatment you just don’t get anywhere else these days. You all are the best!

Got my car back in less than a week. Dropped off Monday morning and got it back on Friday. Super nice. Had a little issue with the back tire not being balanced and my window tint got cut on back passenger door, but I called and they got me in the next morning at 9am. Fixed the vibration and replaced the window tint that day. Got my car back with a smile that afternoon. Hope I never have to see Daniel again, lol but if I do.... this is where I am going!!

This is 4 hands down the bestest place to bring your car for any and all repairs. This group of people will take care of you and your car and they understand that your car is your lively hood. I have never in my life had such amazing amazing customer service. Lezlie and Tony came to my location to change my battery as I was stranded. I literally can’t give enough high praise to this place.
