After sending my vehicle for repair I came across some really negative reviews and was expecting the worst. But since my insurance was paying for it I figured it was worth the risk. To my surprise this place turned out to be top notch and I didn't have any issues with the staff, quality of repairs and vehicle condition. My car is a tricky color and it was matched perfectly. Everyone went above and beyond. Very happy with the repair and will go there again if life's unfortunate events will bring me there.
Great body shop! If I have future body work needed I’ll definitely be coming back. This was my first time getting into an accident so I didn’t understand how things go but they made the process super easy for me. I was skeptical of some reviews but they were very nice and helpful even though you can tell they are super busy and I’m happy to get my car back looking like nothing happened.
I was recommended by my Insurance and they made appt for me, they were really busy when i got there but managed to take care of me right after other 3 people in front of me. My car got done 4 days ahead of schedule but I understand it was a small fender bender.
Overall, good communication and polite people to deal with. I also saw this very rude customer yell at the front desk girl but she took it very well and didnt even talk back. I had to come to her after to ask if she was okay but she was very professional. Some people are just “Karens”
These guys are exceptional people; helpful, friendly, and most importantly competent. Cost was a fraction of dealer quotes. If you have a passion for driving and love to take care of your car, this is the place to be.
Got my car fixed the 3rd time here, staff are very friendly and polite. They kept me updates every other day and kept me in loop of what parts were delayed and such. Overall, still good experiences after all these years with them. They were really busy as you could tell by their parking lot. The car came back fresh and clean and the repair is good. I meant i didnt really expect my car to be spotless since it was really dirty when i dropped it off to them
