If I could give more than five stars I would! They took great care of my vehicle and it came out looking brand new again. VERY great customer service. Paul took care of everything and did a great job and kept me in the loop through the whole process. I had a few aftermarket parts already and they worked with me on all my requests and made it happen, a lot better than I was expecting. They got my truck in same day and it was out in under three weeks. Very happy with the experience and everything about the ship and the people there. Service King gave me a competitive price for the necessary repairs to my vehicle. Since the repairs were to the bumper and grill of my Jeep, I asked them to give me a separate price and change all of the lights on the front end of my vehicle because of the difficulty in getting this done. Chrysler did not build my Jeep user-friendly and replacing lightbulbs on the front end of this vehicle is very difficult. Not only did Service King honor my request to replace the front end lights at a fair price for the work involved, but they finished the entire job before the due date that was given to me. The work they performed and their craftsmanship was impeccable. I could not have been more pleased, and I would strongly recommend Service King to anyone needing collision repair. They are at the top of their game and I would not hesitate to employ their services again.
