I recently got my front windshield replaced, by a company I won't mention here, and after the install was told by the tech that when they were installing it they left multiple scratches in my hood. Obviously I was frustrated but also was extremely concerned about getting the hood repainted as the grey on my BMW I felt would be hard to match with the rest of the car. I reached out to a few companies and decided to go with Service King for the repair.
Right out of the gate, Ashley was on top of working between me and the glass company to ensure that they would cover the charges (which they did try to give some push back on). After that, I was able to get the car and had an extremely fast turn around which I was thrilled about however when picking up the car I felt that the hood was a bit off. I took it home and parked it, after looking it over myself as well as some automotive friends, decided it was obvious enough that I should reach out (first photo linked in this review).
I was a bit apprehensive about how service king would handle the situation since some autobody shops will just tell you "that's how it is" but Ashley was extremely understanding and agreed after looking at the photos that I sent of the difference in color that I should bring it in. When I went to pick up the car, there was no obvious color differences and even looking at it at home couldn't tell anything obvious. Ashley explained how different techniques of painting may effect the outcome and how they approached it differently the second time to ensure no color differences.
Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the job the team at Service King did and want to give a specific shoutout to Ashley for being so easy to work with throughout the entire process! I would recommend them if you car about your car and the quality of work.
