I had an excellent experience from beginning to end of service at the Greece Service King Center. I had the pleasure of being served by Mara and Craig. Both were very warm, friendly, hospitable and super helpful. These folks really do go the extra mile in customer service and satisfaction. I'm very pleased with the work on my vehicle as well as their customer service.

I have a scratch on my car so I popped into this location for them to take a look and see if it’s worth repairing. The staff was super helpful, knowledgeable and I appreciate the information they gave me. When I’m ready to get my car fixed I’m definitely coming back here. I like how the helped me, and explained things.

Service King was very communicative. They kept me informed weekly of progress on my auto body repairs. They also completed job in the time they estimated. I am very pleased with work. Car looks brand new. Would highly recommend their services.

Great customer services. They really stay in touch with the updates of your car repair, by phone and/or text. They go far and beyond to make sure that you car get brand new in a short period of time, also they give you a life time warranty of the part as long are you still the owner..love this place. I have used service king a couple of times. Great customer service. Workmanship on my vehicles was top quality. I appreciate that service king contact you every step of the way through the process.
