Beyond our highest expectations. Jay and staff were kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond. My husband had his car worked on and when he parked it in our drive it looked like a new car. Although they changed out a back window the entire car came back clean, shiny, & tires sparkling. I asked my husband to call to see if they would detail my car. Sure enough Jay fit us in and my car came back looking brand new. I’m afraid to let the secret out because I plan on going back for detailing and gosh forbid body work if needed. Amazing team but Jay is really one of a kind! Work ethic is through the roof! Thank you all again!!!

Went to them because they were listed by the other guy’s auto insurance, but would go back to them for any autobody or collision work in the future. Rear bumper looked brand new and exact color matched. Quick service in a couple days. Car was washed and tires shined at pickup and they handled returning our rental car for us too.

My girlfriend had an accident and damaged the bumper, fender and passenger door. They replaced the fender and fixed the bumper and door and we are so pleased you can't even tell anything happened and not only did they fix the exterior of the car but they also cleaned the interior of the car including the dashboard and we had a stain on the back seat and they got most of the stain out and the back of the car was not involved in the accident it was all in the front. I wish I knew how to add a photo words don't do the work they did justice. Not to mention the staff was extremely nice especially Monica ion the front desk she was such a wonderful person! For anybody looking to have collision repair work done I highly recommend Towne Auto collision. For such a large operation they run it like a mom and pop company. They make you feel like you are the only client that they have. Everyone is very courteous, polite and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure dealing with them, from the lovely Monica behind the desk all the way up to the professionalism of the owner jay. Not only was my vehicle repaired to perfection but was cleaner inside and out than when I dropped it off. If there was a six star rating I would give them that. Everything from the quote to the flawless repair to the payment and pick up was second to none.
