Jonathan and Adam was very professional and always kept me in the loop. Both went above and beyond to work around my work schedule to allow me to pick up my car and drop off the rental.
Cheryl and Elena was very nice and went the extra mile to make sure I got my car in to get fix. I enjoyed my experience and recommend to everyone to get their car fix with them.

My experience at this place for first time was absolutely great, had my bumper replaced and painted in a day & a half, and Cheryl’s customer service was amazing.

Service King kept me updated on the status of my car being estimated after an accident. They were extremely thorough and quick. Having an Enterprise on site was super convenient for getting a rental. Although my car ended up being totaled, they were great to work with. I'd recommend them for any body work repairs.

I would highly recommend this location and although my repair took awhile (at absolutely no fault of their own) I have been beyond happy with the entire process. Cheryl and Jonathan have kept me updated throughout the entire thing, and when my lift kit came in damaged from the vendor they made sure to let me know every shipping update they received. I think it’s important to remember that the wait times are not their fault, things are hard to get right now no matter where you are. There’s a shortage in parts, labor, and supplies everywhere and sometimes people forget that everyone is just trying to do their best. They have gone out of their way to make sure that everything is perfect and exactly how it was prior to my accident. Honestly, everyone I have talked to at this location has been very nice and helpful.

From the time I called Service King to schedule the first appointment until I picked up my vehicle, my experience with each individual was pleasant and professional. I interacted with Blake, Jonathan, Kathryn, Maria, Terry and Jon Montes, General Manager. I was informed each step of the way. Jon helped secure a rental vehicle.
