The service that was done was great. The body work looks great and there is a solid layer of paint over all the parts blending in nicely with the rest of the car. The panel gaps left over are minimal and not noticeable unless a proper inspection was done, however I believe they would still be within Honda's standards. My biggest problem is that I picked up my vehicle and quickly noticed that my outside temperature sensor was not reading at all this disabled the A/C within my car and being in Florida it has not been a great experience. Crash has seemed to take no responsibility for this sudden failure in my sensor even though the sensor was within the scope of damages. They are making me go else where to get a diagnostic to ensure that the sensor was within the scope of the accident. It seems like they just pushed me off the cliff once I picked up the vehicle and didn't even bother to take a look themselves. It seems strange to me I am responsible for the faults within this repair and have to pay for everything out of pocket. It seems like once you pick up a car from Crash you are no longer a premium customer and get treated like your issues don't matter. I am overall, just disappointed with this experience and wish I would've shopped around more for body shops when I was speaking to the insurance agent.

Update: I was told to take my car to a Honda dealership to get the diagnostic done and they found that the temperature sensor was never installed after repairs. I was already in contact with the GM of the store and they quickly secured the sensor and installed it for me within the week. Very fast solution to my problem and they were very helpful and quick once the problem was solved. Junior quickly had my car serviced and was back in my hands in less time than anticipated. Overall they corrected a mistake on their part and owned up to it so on my end they were very pleasant to work with and my car is like new again, so I couldn’t be happier.

This is the first time that I have ever had to have a repair done. They were very friendly and very transparent with the service they provided. They answered all of my questions. It only took about 2 weeks for the repair to be completed. The car looks amazing! Great work!

Crash Champions Collision Repair in Orlando is outstanding from start to finish. Some knucklehead smashed into my rear bumper - didn’t leave a note.

Tammy was my first contact - she texted me to ask for pics of damage and VIN to save me time when I arrived next day. Paper work in office was ready for me - and because Crash Champions works directly with my insurance company, rental car and other details were in place before I arrived.

Junior was my service manager. He’s very friendly, professional and efficient. He quickly walked me thru process and inspection and said he hoped to get my car back to me in two days . . . and he did. Unheard of in my experience.

Cost was very reasonable . . . much less than I had expected.

When I arrived to swap rental for my car, I was shocked to see the car because Team Crash Champions had detailed the car inside and out. And repair work looks like it’s brand new. Very well done.

Though nobody likes to need a shop like Crash Champions, it’s nice to know there’s such a great (honest) one in Central Florida.

I got into a car accident and the front end of my vehicle was damaged with some bent in areas. They repaired my car like new and everything seems to be running and working properly! It took 2 weeks to repair because, they were waiting on some parts. Overall, great service and great job on the repairs.
