I really don’t understand how this place has less than 5 stars. I got in an accident and I lucked out that this was the closest place to it. First off the people were so sweet. I wish I have gotten names that day. They got me an Uber that day. Kept me updated through the process, and left my car cleaner than when I dropped it off. That alone was worth my deductible. So to sum it up, friendly service, great communication and easy process.
As a State Farm preferred company, we basically had to drive in, drop off and pick up. Painless! Service King kept me in the know the whole time while they were completing the work. Excellent experience! Based on my experience, I highly recommend!
It would have been nice if the turnaround had been faster. The work was done as promised. I wonder though if the car was left out in the open unsecured as it seems like glove box had things pulled out of it. And the center console had things pulled out of it.

Vince is THE GUY. He was Very professional and respectful but above that he worked with me every step of the way with no BS. Just genuine honest answers and updates. This is the type of guy who is good at his job but you could also see yourself sitting down and grabbing a beer with. He personally dropped my car off and picked up my rental with their valet service and I couldn't of been happier with the repairs, definitely a quality job. If my 07 Honda accord needs anything else I'll be seeing vince first.
This Autobody shop truly embodies customer service. From drop off to pick up my experience was seamless. Nobody ever wants to be in a position to get their car repaired after a car accident but Joe and the team truly made me feel like my car was in good hands.
