From the very first phone call, Service King was very focused on meeting my needs as a customer. The process can be complex for getting a car repaired, renting a car, and coordinating an insurance claim. I had all the support that I needed. Everything was smooth. The insurance repair was perfect. I liked Service King so much that I had another repair done too, which was at my expense. That one was perfect as well. Repairs were completed faster than promised.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! From my 1st time calling to me picking up my car upon completion they made me feel comfortable and kept me informed throughout the repair process. My wife was in a hot and run and Service King is highly recommended by USAA so we went there and we were not disappointed. Fast, friendly service and they exceeded our expectations! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work on your car.
I just used this business through my insurance for an estimate for my RAV4 that was rear-ended, and I’ve had a really great experience. I called the day before my appointment with questions about my appointment, and the man I spoke to gave me some very helpful guidance on whether or not I should leave my car for repair or if I could drive it until the shop was less busy to avoid paying for a rental car for an extended period of time. The next day, the woman at the front desk made my day by being the sweetest person in the world and very efficient. I was in and out very quickly. I’m definitely returning for my repair after the holidays and I’m really impressed with this place!
