Crash Champions - Mansfield

My experience here is of a caliber that is too far and in between. The quality of work and attention to detail is that seen with high end quality luxury vehicles. The added door to door transportation to and from Enterprise Car Rental was more like limousine services for executives. Each service that I've spoke of is exemplary!!!!!!! They both went above and beyond with attention to detail, patience, and the comfort of their customers always at the forefront of their thoughts and care!!!!!!! If ever needed again, they are my go to place from now on no matter what geographic area that I'm in!!!!!!! Awesome doesn't begin to describe my experience or services rendered with either company!!!!!!! God Bless and Thank-you for everything 🙏🏾!!!!!!!

The staff at Service King was very helpful, friendly and professional. They were punctual keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle and getting the work done hastily. Everything was done right the first time and they did a very good job of cleaning my car before returning it as well. I would definitely recommend them to friends if I had any lol and family. Thanks ladies and gents at Service King!!!

Had a great experience here. I was sent here by USAA and found the entire process very well oiled (so to speak) While the repair did take a long time, there is no way to make supply chains run faster than they can, the only reason I mention that it took longer than we thought was that the representative we had working with us kept us completely informed every single step of the way, so we always knew exactly what we were waiting for and what was happening. Great finished work as well, car looks better than when we brought it in!

Appearance repairs are fantastic, however, there is an intermittent grinding or rubbing in or around the left rear wheel that hasn't been resolved yet.

2nd visit in the last year and have been very satisfied both times... might not be the fastest repair shop but certainly thorough!
