Cory is amazing! We’ve used CK several times over the years and every time Cory has helped us. He’s very professional and thorough. He is also very calming when you’re panicked and you don’t know what to do. Cory is also very honest. He works well with your insurance company. The work has always been exceptional. Mario did a great job!!! I will ask for him in the future. He got the parts in ahead of time so they would be there and ready when it was time to repair my car. He called to let me know they were ready for my vehicle to be brought in close to the date he had originally told me. It was there the 3 days that Mario had told me it would probably take to complete the repairs. He called as soon as it was finished for me to come get it. They did a great job on the repairs.
Our vehicle was rear ended in December 2021. We went to Collision King @4905 S Loop 289. Haley Haden helped us. She was wonderful. She worked so hard to get our parts in which took over 4 months to get. They fixed our car and we got it back today. They did a wonderful job and were the best people to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. They will treat you right
Positive experience all-around! Main person I spoke with was Joe, very knowledgeable! Hopefully I don't have to come back for a vehicle repair, but if I do, I will be coming back here! Definitely recommending this place.
