James was great, kept me updated every step of the repair process and went above and beyond by coming in on a holiday when the shop was closed to process the paperwork with my insurance so I wouldn’t have to wait till the following week to pick up my vehicle. Service King fixed my vehicle up so that it looked better than the day I bought it! Top notch work, excellent communication, and fast turnaround! The only place I would recommend.
They worked on my car after it was in an accident. They did a good job overall, but it took a long time, we didn't get any updates at all and no follow up after calling trying to find out the status of repair.
Quick service. Will give you updates on completion date. Staff will explain the process in detail and have no problem with answering questions. And they guarantee their work! So if you have any issues after, they will be glad to fix it.
I want to thank everyone at the Service King in Lorton for doing such an amazing job on my Dodge Dart. This car belonged to my brother, who passed away in June 2021. It was a very sensitive issue and the car was one of great sentimental value to me. The staff and technicians were aware of the importance of this car to me and they went way above and beyond to make sure that extra care was taken during the whole repair process. I was constantly notified of the progress they were making both by texts and phone calls. Every detail was discussed and agreed upon before any action was taken. James Carolina, the young gentleman that was overseeing the entire repair, went out of his way to make sure that everything was perfect. He handled all of the insurance issues and worked diligently to provide them with anything that they needed in order to come to an agreement for the repairs.James honestly put his heart and soul into making sure that everything was perfect and a great experience for me. I highly recommend this Service King to anyone that is need of excellent quality work. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. It looks fantastic!!
