Ismael sabeha was great in every part of buying a new car. He was patient, informative, and generally so helpful. We would go back to him anytime and have already recommended him to friends and family.

Salesman, Ismael, is excellent. I have used the service dept twice. The first time was fine. The second time, not so much. I had a 1:30 appointment and the car was not on the rack until 2:15 and then sat off to the side for another 5-10 minutes after it was taken off of the rack. I do not consider that to be very respectful of my time. I have had much better experiences at other service departments.

Ruth, in charge of the Collision Center, has shown remarkable professionalism and obtained impecable results during a recent car repair. She did her absolute best to keep me informed during the various phases of the process. She returned my car not only well repaired but in excellent presentation state. She accomplished all that within the time frame she had committed to.

I’m new to town. I expected to get robbed by the dealership but they were very fair & seemed to have done a great job! Jon, Service Advisor was great and I already knew when they told me who my mechanic was that I had a good job done. They have some Toyota gurus in there & I’m so glad to know that being new to KC!
