Excellent service and work. Each time we have used Capitol for our vehicle repairs, they have completed the work in a reasonable time frame with OEM parts as requested, and at a reasonable price. My most recent experience took half as long as expected (by several weeks), and Jake kept me informed along the way. They restored my car to its original shape, and even had her detailed for pickup. Very happy repeat customer.
They did absolutely wonderful job on my car. Brittany was and always very helpful and professional in her helping me with all my needs. She's the best!
They do great work, my SUV was repaired well and looks like new, they're a manufacture certified repair center and the parts and paint are under warranty. Took a couple extra weeks because of an issue getting a couple of parts from GM but my insurance extended my rental time so that wasn't an issue for me. The service representative was very nice and kept me informed on what was going on with the delay. Overall great experience and would recommend.
Got me exactly what I wanted for far less than expected. They will work with you and do things like reusing salvageable parts to save you money. Felt great knowing they weren’t trying to milk you of every last cent. They completed the work early and my car looked brand new. I highly recommend them.
