Amazing service. Had previously gone to a different shop and left disappointed since they had made the damage worse than it was so I took my vehicle to this shop and the repair techs were professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond and were honest about what could and could not be done. I greatly appreciate the repair tech as well as the front-end service. My Malibu was rear-ended. Brought it to Service King for repairs. The whole team did a great job. They make it a very easy process for the customer. Between me dropping my car off and picking my car up I probably spent maybe 5 minutes in total at the office. They are very helpful with providing information and help with insurance, ur rental vehicle, providing updates, etc.
Very satisfied with the repair on my vehicle. Jim kept me informed every single day, very friendly staff, receptionist is very nice, my car repair was so good that you could not even tell that it was damaged at all. I would highly recommend this company for many reasons. The prices are very reasonable, they get you in and out very fast, they set up the rental car arrangements for you, they keep you informed on your car's progress and again they are very kind and very nice and friendly.
