Unfortunately, because off I issues with cars accidents. Etc I'm a repeat customer. This last visit was the best of all. Had an accident, after picking up our rental, we dropped the car needing repairs off. One of the ladies, she greeted me right away. I was educated in this visit that they do in take based on appointment due to limited storage capacity, butt they took my car because the claims tweak at USAA were on it. My car was repaired and ready for pickup 1 week before expected although there's a warranty on the repairs made, I've never needed to take advantage of it due to the great quality those team does in repairing.
I highly recommend Service King. They did an outstanding job of fixing my car after an accident. They matched the paint perfectly and could not tell there had been damage. The employees were wonderful and kept me informed of their progress. I had the car back when promised.
I dropped my car off before a cruise. They did a perfect job and kept me very informed of status. Then had it ready when promised - two days earlier at my request.
After getting rear-ended, my mom recommended the Service King (Crash Champions) on 19th Ave. My experience could not have been more positive. I received text messages throughout my car’s service updating me on just where they were in the repair process and when my car was scheduled to be complete. My car was completed just when they said it would be and Deanna at reception got me checked out and into my car in a jiffy. I’m not sure I’ve had such a seamless and easy experience after an auto accident….ever!
Excellent service. Anthony was great; I was early and he opened up and took great care of me. Deana handled every call I had. Bob for the win with all of the follow up. Great team 👍
