I would never recommend anyone to this shop nor would I ever return. Michelle in the front desk has a nasty attitude and she doesn’t seem like she wants to be at work. Nicholette has a slightly better attitude but she will guarantee that she is going to do something and then not do it. The shop guaranteed my car would be done monday and when I showed up my car wasn’t done. Nicholette spoke to Javier and he said it would be done that same day at 3 and then I get call an hour later saying it would take another 2-3 days because they never ordered a part for my bumper. Literally the worst experience. The only person there that deserved a 10 was the man that drives the shuttle.
Their services were good and they kept updating the repair job over the phone. Finished the repair within their estimated time frame. I recommend this facility.
We took our vehicle here for body repairs after an accident. Since this was covered under our insurance, a lot of the documentation was sent directly to them, but they kept us informed of the progress throughout the repairs. The work was well done with one minor issue. One of the molding panels on the door must have been damaged during install. This was identified by their rep and the replacement has been ordered. Other than that, everything was great.
They replaced the back bumper. They were great to work with and were done a day ahead of schedule.
Excellent customer service! I was updated constantly and repairs were all completed on time.
