I love this location. Everyone is so nice, helpful and just over all very friendly and excellent customer service skills. They always have a smile on their faces. When I call with questions, they always answer it and without making me feel rush even though I know they probably have customers in front of them. Cody the manager - he is amazing. I always rent from this place and refer them to my families and friends. As a matter of fact I am picking another one tomorrow 😊
Polite and professional service. The car was a new Altima and a nice driving experience. I let the assistant manager Mike know that the tank was 2 gallons under being full although it was supposed to be full. He marked it down to half a tank for the trouble.
I would use this Enterprise location again in the future.
Easy, fast check out . They handled a big group who all arrived at once like real pros. Got to try out a Polestar 2 electric at my request. Artificial “New car smell” was a bit much, but not a big deal.
Very friendly sales team. Victor was super helpful but not pushy. Made car shopping much less stressful than some of the other dealerships I’ve dealt with in the area. They also were able to set me up an appointment to have my windows tinted on purchase. Would/will use them again 🤙🏽
Omar Gutierrez was great help! He helped me with a mixup I had with a transfer at closing on a Saturday. We were able to do a majority of the paperwork on the drive over and when I came in, we went right into the test drive and quickly closed the deal after the drive. I wanted things smooth and easy and he made it so. Really appreciate the help! Love the car and experience. 10/10 recommend
