Service king was great!! They always kept me updated via text and email regarding my car. Great communication. My car came back better than how I purchased it and it was washed and cleaned… thank you service king.

I picked this place out randomly from a list that the insurance company gave me, and after reading the 1 star reviews I was really nervous about bringing my car here.

Everything from the estimate appointment to the actual repair went phenomenal. Everyone was very friendly, they kept me up to date on the repair on my car and despite the extra work they had to do (floor pan in the trunk needed fixed, not found on the estimate apt), my car was done 2 days early. They took care of the rental car I needed and made sure all went smooth. They even cleaned and vaccumed car!

Very impressed with this business! Customer service area and staff were great! Getting a rental was seamless. Repairs were done in just a few days and they even cleaned my car before returning it!

After my vehicle was in an accident Service King was amazing. They quickly got an estimate generated, kept me in the loop with regular updates and had great customer service answering any questions I had when I didn't know or understand what was going on. (First car accident!) Big shoutout to John for his amazing work and he totally deserves a raise!
