Such an amazing experience with this company! From the second I contacted them to the moment I picked up my car, everyone was so considerate, professional, and very friendly. They explained everything clearly and gave a perfect estimate for the time needed to fix my car. And on top of that, when picking up my car not only was everything fixed, they detailed my car outside and even vacuumed the inside. Will definitely be recommending this place as well as using them in the future!

One of the best experiences I ever had with a body shop. Guy backed up a Hertz Rent a Truck into the front of my car. Called TVCC and took me right away, no appointment for estimates. Steve came right out and gave me the estimate. They also dealt with Hertz's insurance company, which took the burden off of me. My car was done on time and looked great. The technicians did a grreat job. If you are looking for an auto body shop with great customer service and excellent repairs, look no further than TVCC. I can't thank them enough.
It is always unfortunate to have a fender-bender, but when you do, this is the best place to go. They are first of all, professional, courteous, and quick to get your estimate. They worked directly with my insurance, so there was nothing I had to do, except look forward to getting my SUV back to its original condition. They did that, and more. The paint match on my fender, hood and front bumper was amazing, and the repairs were completed in just a couple days. They replaced everything with OEM, which I appreciated, and when I picked up my SUV it was immaculately cleaned. I was so happy and impressed, I can't say enough good things.
