If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My car was fixed in two weeks. My service from this location on E. Bell was amazing. They were polite from day one and did everything to make the experience as painless as possible. My technician kept up to date with me on cost and parts, working hard to find parts that were more cost effective, considering I was paying out of pocket. Cassy at the front desk was sweet and answered all my questions and the gentleman who dropped off my car because we we too sick to pick it up were very nice as well. God forbid I need to get my car done again but if I did I would definitely go here.
We got an appointment at the particular shop we wanted (we waited an extra two weeks for that) They were comprehensive about the damage and the estimated work. They did a great job on the repair and paint. The work was very detailed and looked as good as new. They finished a day ahead of the expected date.
This company is amazing! I was informed every step of the way. Never had to call them because I knew exactly what they were doing and when they were doing it. They did an excellent job of repairing and painting my car. Highly recommend them!
I had some minor repair work done to my vehicle a few months back and was impressed with Service King, so when I had a serious accident, there was not a moment's hesitation when the insurance asked where I wanted my SUV to go. My Service Adviser STEVEN SURICO at Service King Collision Repair Centers at SERVICE KING BELL RD was excellent. He kept me informed, worked with my insurance, added new items until he felt I was restored back to 100%. They delivered my vehicle in LESS time than promised so I would not have any rental car fees, they even arranged for Enterprise to pick up the rental - one less trip for me.
