Best experience ever for bodywork. My car was dropped off on a Monday morning and ready by Wednesday afternoon, I didn't think this level of service was even possible. I received daily updates via calls and text messages, so I was never wondering what the status of my repair was. The handoff process was smooth and easy, and the work is warrantied for the life of the car. Keith (GM) was a pleasure to work with, I hope I never have another need for vehicle damage repairs, but I will go nowhere else but this specific location.

Second time I've been to this location. They do amazing work. Had my passenger side mirror replaced. I expected at least a week and having to get a rental car. They completed the job in less then an hour and it was perfect!

THE REPAIR WORK WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME AND TIMELY. VERY VERY HAPPY WITH THAT PART!!6 STARS!

We needed a minor repair after a parking lot bump and run.

The intake at ServiceKing, was a little confusing but that is only because I want to look a person in the eye if I am going to hand them the keys to my car. Just a quirk of mine. So finding a few minutes out of my day, and driving near the location, I stopped in at the shop I was referred to through my insurance carrier's app. Big building, huge parking lot, 8 drop-off spots at the front of the building. When you pull in, the only option is to call them from your car. (The lobby is still closed to customers) They told me over the phone, as I was parked out front, and the only car there, that I needed an appointment. After explaining that I found a few minutes to stop by and that I didn't know when I would have another chance, the kid on the phone said the General Manager would be out. The GM, who is a cool guy, and I talked, like people who are trying to earn someone's business would talk, and I liked what he had to say. So I got the details on how to then "set an appointment" to drop off the car. At the assigned time of my "appointment" we pulled in and called the number on the sign out front, and told the same young man that we had an "appointment." There seemed to be a bit of confusion about this appointment, but eventually we got checked in. The intake kid was hurried with his assessment and monotone in his review and explanation of what they were going to do to the car. (3 minutes max). Being a little hard of hearing, when he was done and had walked back inside, I asked my wife to explain to me what he had just said. She wasn't quite sure either.

My interaction later that day with the Repair Tech was fantastic! I didn't get his name but he saved the day and your reputation. Look, I know that the repair was extremely minor, but to my wife it was traumatic to have her car damaged and stressful to have to deal with any of the arrangements for the repair. So when the repair tech called I was so grateful that he was very personable and engaging with his description of the repairs to be done. He took the time to make us feel that the repair mattered to him as much as it did to us. I understood everything he said and I was very happy with how he presented the time-line. It was very nice to receive the, twice daily, texts updating the repair status. Excellent!

After waiting for another 10 minutes, in front of the building, fortunately with nice weather, (because the lobby is still restricted, not sure why), thinking that one of the cars parked out front was our rental, we were loaded into a minivan and driven about 3 miles over to the Enterprise Car Rental location on Southern Ave. **The rental cars are not waiting for you at the Service King location, as you are lead to believe.** (The whole enterprise rental thing was disappointing but that is a different review for them to deal with, my wife wrote that review... Not good when hot Latina mama is not happy.)

But to finish the ServiceKing review. The repair was great and my wife's car was clean both inside and out.

Jennifer was amazing, she did a great job walking me through the process and taking care of my car. The work on my car was outstanding as well. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Great job, paint amazing, body work amazing, employees amazing. I will be taking my vehicle here if and when needed. You can’t beat this place. I knew what was going on at all times. I spoke to a woman when I picked up the vehicle. She is amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, just nice. A breath of fresh air. Thanks
